Good price and location
-location. Easy to find -Good value for money -comfortable bed and pillows they provide me 4 bigpillows and i loved it. -bedsheets & comforter ( but need to improve cleaning i saw some stains that look old ) -Clean room -No smell of cigarettes -better customer service than before, keep it up! -comfortable stay.i will comeback again for sure
-No compliment water (i suggest provide some.for guests not to go outside to buy some if they are thirsty after arriving) -Blankets and comforter are comftable but needs to improve laundry service some stains are left (its better to have spotless sheets after all ) -outside noise of jeepneys ( better to choose room that far from the road to catch better sleep ) -i think our ref is broken :( (but its okey) i suggest to check other facilities -Meal. Expensive and not reasonable. ( you better go out or have A Grabfood ) -No elevator

My key card is always not working, need to call always the staff. Room is not clean, with flies inside. Bed is not clean, wifi is poor, key card, toilet so small.

Disgusting place
Nothing. Disgusting place.
No good at all. The linens have stains. You did not clean the room well. And the room is so little. You dont have a good parking lot and your staff is ridiculous most especially the receptionist. She dont know what she is doing. T
